Membership and Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account and/or purchase a Membership. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Membership Options

We offer various Membership options, including casual passes, monthly subscriptions, and annual memberships. Membership Fees and Payments

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees. For recurring Memberships, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If we are unable to process your payment, we may suspend or terminate your Membership.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of Membership and are specified at the time of purchase. Generally:

• Monthly Memberships may be canceled with at least 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
• Annual Memberships may not be canceled before the end of the term, except in special circumstances as determined by Buycrafter.
• Casual passes are non-refundable once purchased.

To cancel your Membership, please contact our customer service team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

Class Bookings and Attendance

Members may book classes through our Website, mobile application, or in person. The following policies apply to class bookings:

• Classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
• No-shows may result in a fee or the deduction of a class credit from your account.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, low attendance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to the class at the instructor's discretion.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for all Members, we ask that you adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all staff, instructors, and fellow Members with respect and courtesy.
• Wear appropriate attire for your chosen activity.
• Use equipment properly and return it to its designated location after use.
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, including loud conversations during classes.
• Do not use mobile phones during classes.
• Do not bring food into the studio areas.
• Report any injuries, accidents, or equipment issues to our staff immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate Membership for individuals who repeatedly violate our code of conduct.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our priorities. By using our Services, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that participating in physical activities involves inherent risks and that you are participating at your own risk.
• You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely participating in our classes or programs.
• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors and staff.
• You agree to inform your instructor of any pre-existing injuries or limitations before participating in a class.
• You understand that our instructors may offer physical adjustments during classes, and you agree to inform the instructor if you do not want to receive such adjustments.
• In case of an emergency, you authorize us to secure appropriate medical assistance at your expense.

Intellectual Property

All Content on our Website and within our Services is owned by or licensed to Buycrafter and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Content without our express written permission.

You may use our Content for personal, non-commercial purposes directly related to your use of our Services. Any other use requires our written permission.

User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, or other content to our Website or social media platforms ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
